If no expiration period is stated, the quote may be revised if labor, equipment, material, permit, or supplier costs change.

 

5. Equipment, Parts and Materials

Equipment, replacement parts, materials, and product availability are subject to supplier and manufacturer availability.

 

Product photographs, model descriptions, efficiency ratings, specifications, and availability may change without notice. Substitute products may be recommended when the originally quoted equipment or part is unavailable.

 

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, exclusions, registration requirements, and procedures. First American Experts does not control a manufacturer’s decision regarding warranty coverage.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service-location information, equipment details, and a clear description of the reported issue.

 

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property, equipment, electrical panels, mechanical rooms, rooftops, appliances, refrigeration systems, and other relevant work areas.

 

The customer is responsible for securing pets, removing obstructions, identifying known hazards, and obtaining any authorization required from a property owner, landlord, building manager, homeowners association, tenant, or other responsible party.

 

Additional charges may apply when access is unavailable, incorrect information has been provided, unsafe conditions exist, or work cannot be completed for reasons outside our control.

 

7. Emergency and Safety Conditions

The website and online service-request form should not be used for life-threatening emergencies.

Payment requirements, deposits, cancellation terms, warranties, project schedules, and other job-specific conditions may be stated in a separate estimate, invoice, work order, financing agreement, or service contract.  

 

When a separate written agreement conflicts with these website Terms & Conditions regarding a specific project, the separate written agreement will control for that project.

 

Financing may be provided by independent third parties and is subject to their approval, terms, rates, fees, and privacy practices.
